2. Acceptance and scope
- By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
- These terms apply only to the website. They do not govern the design, engineering, manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning, inspection, training or operation of a project or product.
- A signed proposal, sales agreement, project agreement or other written contract controls the corresponding commercial relationship. If project documents conflict with this website, the signed agreement controls.
- The International Limited Warranty applies only as stated on that page and in the applicable written agreement.
3. Informational content
- Website content is general information intended to introduce Zip-Rush’s capabilities, products and services. It is not site-specific engineering, safety, operational or legal advice.
- Do not rely on website content to design, install, inspect, maintain, operate or rescue from a zipline or adventure installation. Those activities require qualified professionals, project-specific documents and applicable procedures.
- Descriptions, photographs, specifications, performance figures and examples may relate to a particular project or configuration. They are not a promise that the same result is suitable or achievable at another site.
- Zip-Rush may correct or update website content without notice. A website inquiry, discussion or preliminary study does not create a contract or obligate either party to proceed.
4. Permitted use
You may view, download and print reasonable portions of this website for your own legitimate informational or business-evaluation purposes. You may not:
- copy, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit substantial website content without our prior written permission;
- misrepresent your relationship with Zip-Rush or use our content or branding in a misleading manner;

- use automated systems to extract substantial content in a manner that burdens the website or infringes our rights.
5. Intellectual property
The website’s text, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, software and other original content are owned by Zip-Rush or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The Zip-Rush name, logo and related brand elements belong to Corp. Ascensacion Int’l Inc. or their respective rights holders. No licence is granted except for the limited permitted use stated above.
